If you cant use IE to see this website then you have more issues than you really want to know about... I would suggest figuring out what it up with your computer before it is to late... It might be that you dont have something updated or selected...

This is not a speedtest! (RE:beelinebandwidthtest.com)
Swimmer replied to VanBuren's topic in General Discussion
That is awesome... really funny!! Maybe CA3LE will have a testmy.eu in the near future... -
Yeha... you have a point there... But after a little overclocking that should take care of itself... I am sure that there will be better firmware and drivers that improve the speed and rate of data for the PCI express system.. You know that the first editions are not always the best to buy..

Hey just thought you guys would like to see these scores... I guess some one over at Alienware leaked the results to the internet so now Alienware is releasing them to the public... With everything enabled and running full speed it looks like it is 77% faster than just one card... Read the article for the exact results... http://www.tomshardware.com/hardnews/20040618_201209.html

WOW a cisco systems person! that is really sweet...

Hey I have a really quick question.. if you have windows xp pro and have the firewall on and you come here and test you would then test fake right...?? If that is the fact then maybe CA3LE you should do an auto detect of what version of windows is running, if you can, and if they do have the firewall enabled display a screen to show them how to disable it...
-
damn i play about $45 for mine and i am about 4200kbs... that is really nice!
-
I am glad we are entertaining someone around here... I will tell you what I have learned so much for just reading stuff here that it is amazeing to even me... The only reason that this site is cool is cause of CA3LE... By the way I have noticed that the site is quicker on the page loads... also the forum submits are really quick now... Looks like you are growning again..
-
yeah really... that is on kick ass connection!
-
Yeah it is a little strange... I mean they post it and then it is fake... Hmm... CA3LE how are these people getting these fake scores??
-
o man.... 3400kbs isnt that bad...
-
That is not a suprise... testmy.net is the most accurate test... Thanks to CA3LE who has spent tons of time makeing it a really sweet place!! The only reason that I can think of for them sending you here is that if you test inhouse off of their servers you really arnt experiencing the true speed... I might be wrong on this it seems that the way that they have the system setup it is like a really big lan...
-
Holy crap... that is sweet as hell.. 1mb upload... that is nice for those mutiplayer games...!
-
CA3LE might have some insite... Are you talking about having a 45mbs connection for you home?? If that is the case that would be one hell of a connection... Infact as fast as a t-3 dedicated... I can only dream about what that would be like...

VanBuren nice to have you back!

Here is what I want to do... I have a file server that is running window 2000 pro which serves files through microsoft file sharing to 3 other computer... I want to do some load balancing so that the connection to my wired lan is alway fast and the stuff that goes to the wireless part of my lan is useable.... I have 2 nic that installed and then hooked up to a dlink router When I tired to setup this system the first nic card installed took the lead which is what I wanted it to do but then when I add the server to the wireless cilents it also used the same nic... Both nics are configured to have file/print sharing... Any ideas on this setup or software that will provide something close to what I am trying to do? I have one more really quick question for you all.... If i cut a cat 5 cable is there a way to install a led on one of the wires and create a flashing/activity light?
