  5. Welcome to the forum I don't know much about Wildblue, so I can't help you there, but I wondered why you would switch from DSL to satellite?
  6. Disable all the MCE services and restart... that should fix it. MCE releases the card when not in use, but not all programs seem to notice that...

    I'm not real impressed, sorry. If I wanted to test my speed against FTP servers I'd just download from a FTP server myself. And your software isn't multithreaded either as you say it is...

    Problem is, XP uses the NTFS file system by default, so a 98/ME startup disk won't work. (effectively)

    drwtsn32.exe is the default windows debugger... it's what collects the data when a program crashes and wants to send an error report to MS
  15. Welcome to the forum Don't worry about it as long as your speeds are fine (and they're pretty good) That duplex tester isn't very accurate from my experience. Also it could be that your modem is half duplex.
  16. Update... from my limited experimenting, it responds to Sony remotes. Which includes universal remotes programmed to a Sony device code.
  17. Ok, I've got this semi-working right now. However, I have to use a different remote. The MCE remote signals are processed at the driver level I believe, and the only 3rd party driver I could find is for the v2 remote. Also, the receiver seems to only process signals from particular remotes.
