Maybe it's because I'm just about falling asleep, but I can't seem to find this anywhere... Is there some way to view full size photos in Yahoo Photos? Not the 480x360 or whatever preview, but the full size image. Or is this not even possible?

Search for it on your hard drive.. see where it is, size, and if there's any more info in the properties page also try Process Explorer

I just turn off my monitors when I'm not using my computer. (CRTs btw) I don't know why people say they can't look at a CRT monitor for long periods of time, maybe it's just my monitors but I can use my computer all day long. As far as screensavers go, the attached one is pretty cool.

You don't have to install anything... just copy the program directory to a flash drive and run it from there

You are correct about what I'm looking to do One thing I'm wondering is whether I should get shielded cable or not... after that I should be set for buying cable, then I just need a patch panel and a punchdown tool.

php... I do some PHP coding... Avatar... modded PHP logo... Sig... I was bored. lol. I do a decent amount of computer cleanup and repair, some network installation, scripting... I also do a decent amount of physical labor but I don't think that would help anyone on here

What are you trying to connect to it with?

Myself, I have 1.5GB of RAM and I set my pagefile to 1024 minimum and 3052 maximum... but then again I use programs that use a lot of memory, especially the way I use them... 512MB of RAM should be plenty for web surfing... even 256MB should be ok. As for the pagefile, it mainly depends on how much hard drive space you have available. There's no point in setting it really small because you'll just get errors. Setting it large doesn't kill performance either... if your computer needs 512MB in virtual memory, it's going to want 512MB whether the max is 256MB or 1024MB (although you shouldn't need that much for virtual memory either... I'd say 384MB Initial and 768MB Maximum)

the switch will be in a storage room, so that doesn't matter. I intend to put the jacks behind where the desks will be in each room if possible.

I think I'll be getting first kit Swimmer posted. Is it going to be that much harder to punch stranded wire that I should find a solid kit? As for the rest of the hardware, I already have a 12 port switch and a Smoothwall box for a router.
