AOL broadband - comcast - RR- earthlink - internet junction - light speed - and a few others i cant think of all use the same backbones/ lines. Their policies are different, but their all the same 'highway' . And no.. just because he lives closer doesnt mean hell get better speeds. Mabey a shorter hop.. but not noticable speed increase because of the cap. (most likely)

They call it "VAC" or valve anti-cheat. And it absolutely sucks. Their are cheaters everywhere. Since steam came into the picture, with their removal of WON and their bullshit "VAC" , the # of cheaters has trippled. Its horrible.

same here. Downlaoding off any other server, is beautiful. But if i try getting anything hosted by my isp's lines, i dotn even touch 100 kbs.

lol dc++ overreads speeds like mad. And the file is just an inflated nothing. Alot of people do that to increase their share size. btw you should have known it was fake.. no such thing as .avi.mpg lol

I use DC++ mainly, since i run a hub..its..kinda manditory .. but bittorent and kazaa lite k++ Ed. alot as well. But for music, theirs nothin better then dc ++

Most hubs do want 15 gb and up. Hell theres some hubs that want 175 gb + .. its crazy.

easiest way is to find where norton found the virus, go into safe mode and manualy delete it. But if its already quarent....whatever just delete it and rescan.
