Doing what you want to do is not going to be easy. The best programs for what you want to do are going to be Adobe Audition, and Apple Logic Studio

Also keep in mind, That Testmy.net only has a 100mbps connection to the server. So even if they are giving you a gig to your computer you will never even get close to that. What you got is still pretty good

make sure your IP settings are not manually set. Turn off the modem and the computer, turn the modem on, once thats up, turn the computer on.

Get rid of that router.... Its a total Peace of crap. Then undo what ever you did to your computer, get a new router, and you should be ok.

Can you be more descriptive? Whats bouncing up and down in the browser, and is it just the browser, or does other stuff do it

But the dell inspiron 1520 is also very good for the just about the same price 2GHz core 2 duo 1GB Ram 15.4in screen 256mb 8600m 250GB hard drive $1089 Me personally i would go with the dell because it is a better built notebook, gateway also has a few good notebooks for that price

fixed in WPA2. They all can be beaten. WAP just takes a very long time. It takes even longer then what WEP use to take 5 years ago. I tried to break it at work with our own network, and after 2 weeks, and over 1.5 billion captured packets I couldn't break it.

All of those can be broken with in just a few minutes except wpa2 with 1 program. There is no point in turing on mac filtering, and ssid broadcast off, its old and doesn't work anymore, those options shouldn't even be in routers anymore, they give a false since of security. The only way to stop someone from coming in your network is use WPA.

Where did you hear that? a 6150 is nothing like a geforce 2. And there is a huge difference in a 6200 and a 7200. Its a completely different architecture. you should go slap who ever it was that told you that mainstream versions of nvidia video cards generally all perform the same because that is so not true. Nvidia doubles the performance in between each new series.

If there was a memory problem it would tell you. Are you able to do a fresh install of tiger and get that working? I think there was a update for the iBook that came out that fixed a few thing.
