Today I got a new TV for our bedroom too replace the 32" LCD we have in there now. This is the one I got http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16889200012 Its probably one of the best LCD tv's ive seen/used. Hatachi use to be really bad but with in the last year they have gotten extremely good. My only problem with it is they put the spot for where you would attach a mounting bracket too close to the edges, so I can't use the bracket I already have, So I have to make a new bracket backplate sometime during the week before I can stick it on the wall. I'll post some pics of it once I get it up.

Yea I love it so far. Its a really good monitor. I want to get another one because I have it on my 20" iMac so its kinda lop sided, not too bad tho. Or maybe I will just upgrade to a 24" iMac that will even things out, Just need a good reason to drop the $1800 bucks so i don't get in trouble with misses.

All of the new OS's from MS are NT based. They have been that way since 2000. Vista is the best OS from Microsoft, it needs a lot of improvement but it is the best os, and we are stuck with it for the next 10 years. It should be UNIX. But don't count on MS every going to that because then they will have to admit they were wrong the entire time. And as for a 1.2Ghz machine.. your joking right? Even for just online banking thats not enough anymore. Have you seen some of the new banking websites? Capitalone has moved all there stuff over to some pretty advanced flash and javascript and it doesn't run well on a slower machine. There new cardlab website runs slow on everything. If you want to keep up with whats going on with the new sites on the internet you need to have a fast up to date machine. Even things like forum software is getting really advanced.

right click on my computer, and click properties. It will say some of it on the first tab at the bottom.

I know things are out of control there. I had to send some guys there for a install a few months ago and the hotel was $550 a night, and wasn't that great. The place is real nice, but it just too expansive.

I am very happy with what I have right now. But in '08 I would like to upgrade to a 24'" iMac. Only reason I haven't yet, is i'm waiting for them to upgrade the video card to a Geforce 8 Series or better, or a ATI 3850 or something, not a big fan of the 2600.... I would really like a mac with multi-touch and we know its coming just don't know when yet.

Keep in mind violence in a video game or movie is not even close to the real thing in war. And in the Gold old USA you can go a 17.... Violence will always be around no matter what people say or do, there is nothing no body can do to stop. But you can help keep kids away from it if you want too

When you overclock your CPU and GPU you are suppose to do in 2Mhz intervals then test and make sure everything works fine. As long as you don't try and jump 500mhz at once you will be fine, just go slow with it because when you over clock the processor you over clock everything. The X2's are not the greatest over clockers either, its no core 2 duo where you can get a 1000mhz extra easy, you may only get a extra 150mhz with that processor, and its probably not even worth it because add another 150mhz is not going to make a noticeable difference. What part takes a long time when rebooting? is it the bios screen, windows startup, or windows shut down.

Vista has a self adjusting stack just like OS X and Linux. But it doesn't always adjust right which can really suck. You can still set some of the values in vista But they are just the basic ones and make a little difference.

its Sceptre, they are quite good, they use panels from one of the Top manufactories.

First off no reason for all caps. Second, cable nut does speed up your connection on your PC because it tweaks the windows stack to the settings that you choose for a broadband connection. Windows XP and below by default is set for a dial up connection and that can/does slow down broadband connections. Also proxy servers slow down your connection because all of your traffic has to be run through another server.

Glossy is much better outdoors. It will only cause eye strain when there is glair on the display. Actually the mac can do alot more then the PC can. Mac's can run windows apps, and linux apps right along side mac apps at full speed in OS X. And some of them can be done with out even starting windows. And OS X is fully unix, and don't forget core animation, core audio, and core video Just some stuff that makes the apps look absolute beautiful. Just a few things to as why they are the best selling laptops

Seems like alot of people really like having a dock on windows. I use it too, on windows, i like it alot better then a start menu. I just wish they would add more of the features of the OS X dock into the ones for windows.

Put the Xbox in the DMZ, then run the network test on the xbox, And then post what it says for "NAT". It needs to say open, if its strict or moderate this will happen.
