  1. well by his suggesting he clears the cache he proves he really has no understanding of what is happening, call verizon and ask them about it and see what they say. Until that time hit up http://www.testmy.net/forum/t-2097.0
  2. hes good on the download for his package, but with most cable co's the standard DL speed is 3/4/6 megs. with verizon offering 15/2 for the same price it is slow by todays standards.
  3. actually not really.... the download is kinda slow...
  4. i stand corrected... good looking speeds..
  5. SBC doesnt offer FTTH..... not as far as me or anyone else here knows.
  6. this is retarded....look through past posts by people or search for SDSL / T1 speeds and you will get a couple, no reason to start a whole new topic when you could revive a slightly old topic.
  7. and if he comes in with a faxed signed and dated quote from bellsouth what are you going to sya then. Until hard evidence is provides i remain skeptical but i think it could be feasible.
  8. good question, i had heard nov. 8th on DSLR....so maybe.
  9. this is off the topic of the original but i think this guy is team id corp, crazy vamos etc.... no one else would start a topic just to say what he did.... here we go again.... but back on topic.... i actually could see it happening, a DS3 for somewhere around there, provided you talked to the right person, or maybe its only a fractal or something. God only knows...
  10. i highly doubt they will go brankrupt honestly. very highly doubt that.
  11. its a wild guess..... but as to the 20000 member. im guessing it will be february 23rd, 2006 at -6:43 P.M. eastern time.
  12. Thread Resurrection! But i totally agree, i used AOL for years, so did my family and what not. But then we dropped it for Wal Mart connect which was only 10 bucks a month for unlimited dial up usage and it was perfect for my dad who traveled a whole hell of a lot back then. Then came Satellite which is a pain in my d*ck to get to work with AOL then cable and NO aol.... been smooth ever since.
  13. make sure the router has the latest firm ware.... when i had an outdated version on mine it knocked my speeds down but as soon as i got the new version, good as new

  17. if you get capped you gotta call em and they will read this thing to you then uncap you or something like that. 4 caps and your service is done i think.
  18. thats the problem with you people.... frank wasn't scary. He was a scared, abused, neglected poor man and you have driven him away!
  19. Well last night we got hit with a snow storm and the remnants of Wilma. Our state and our local borough's didn't have salt ready, nor did they have plows on the truck's. I understand why, its Oct. 25th for gods sake. But we got 6-8 inches of snow last night and in turn our entire county doesn't have school today. But this goes to show how un prepared our state(PA) is to deal with fast acting snow..... I love it and I hate it.
  20. it was the news on BBR a couple a weeks back.
  21. kinda agree with you, unless you have a massive ass school, i dont think you have anything higher than an OC12 if it isnt a college. Those speeds are pushing the upper 2/3rd of an OC-36 and they run at roughly 1.88Gbps
  22. rumors are that now its nov. 7th..... or something like that
