You say "all the trojans are inside" , how many are there ? Yes, you should empty virus vault. chances are, if you have several, there might me some " left overs " in the registry. You should do two things, after deleting the virus's in the vault, you should run the scanner again. Then run spybot , this will show more " nastie's " within your computer.

Go ahead and post your ISP , and the bandwidth , or package you pay for.

Have your installation CD on hand, goto start > run > type "cmd" > then in the shell type " sfc/ scannow " . This will take quite some time. What this does is assure all system files are reset to there original status. You have to be careful when setting values within the registry, some of them can only be changed manually, so this may , or may not work for you.

What this is saying is, that your connection is as a percentage comparatively is not performing as well as the rest of the testers from your ISP. Just like everything else, it may be a good idea, but people are just to apathetic about most everything. Sure, they'll pass it on in an e-mail, but to actually do it ? I think not. Besides, the other half don't even believe there is God.
