Smart , aren't we ! So tell us , how do you like the Mac compared to the PC ? In your own words, after you have become accustom to the operating system, what is your experience ? ( I already know, but i wanna hear it lol )

The opportunity to give all people the chance to own a home, wether they could afford the home or not. The packaging and selling of these nots , and the intentional mishandling of the funds involved. For starters. Greed and global growth along side of corruption within the United States government, as well as world financial leaders. This progressive , socialistic movement was in dire need of a drastic measures to provoke " feeling " from the American people into believing there has to be a world change in political and social activity to help those that refuse to help themselves. Along with the one world government movement that has been forever in play, this could be no better time for major players in world moneys to play a game of " cat and mouse " if you will by dumping large amounts of stocks one minute, then buying them back up the next to show the vulnerability of the world market. There will soon be a world note, one bank, one currency, one market. Let me say this, this is the best opportunity for young people to invest in certain markets, they cannot stay down, they never have. We may never see this again, so if you have any interest in possibly doing very well in the future, my advice would be to invest. Of course I would have to place a disclaimer on these words, because who knows what will happen, but i know what I am doing.

Please do speed tests on both machines, (upstairs and down ) post them. The wireless generally will be a bit slower, not always, but as a rule.

I would have to agree, there is something sucking the bandwidth , like Tommie said, do your virus, and bot scanning in safemode, I'm sure you'll find something.

You have to be very careful here, although some may say it is " perfectly legal " to download a copy of an OS as long as you have the key, I'm not so sure of that, and I also do not believe that this site will condone this either. Some may see this as pirating, and any site can get into legal issues just for discussing the subject. Topic is locked for now, If you want to discuss recover lost data, I'm sure this would be fine.

Click Start, and then click Computer > View menu > Details> Hard Disk Drives area, double-click Local Disk (C:), and then look for the "Windows.OLD" folder ,if it doesn't , then the info is gone, and the recovery disks may not help. Always keep your backups on a separate disk entirely.

The newer AVG has had update issues from the beginning, only thing i could do is uninstall it, and then re-install the newest version, again.

I'm not sure about your canopy, but if you need to change network settings in your Mac, then goto system preferences , , look for " network " , then click on the adapter you are using, you should be able to change these settings in here, by clicking on the " advanced " button. If this is not what your looking for , post up.

Make sure file and printer sharing is enabled . Network and Sharing Center window will appear, then click Manage network connections on the left panel. Network Connections window will appear, right click on the network card that you are using and click Properties. Then go back to the network sharing center , use private network. ( i would anyway ) After that scroll down to the Sharing and Discovery section, turn on file sharing and also turn off password protected sharing. Click Apply to make changes, finally click OK to close all windows. Then you can decide which files you want to share by going to the folder that has the files that you want to share and right click on it , you'll see the " share " option in the dropdown. This should work unless you have other network things going on.

Don't believe this ? Start researching the ways of global mind control, in conjunction with the primordial genetics, find out who we really are, and how we became civilized. I'm a Uniden fan. I own the powermax 5.8 Ghz , TRU8865-2 the sound quality in lifelike. I can't say just how long the phone lasts w/o being on the base, I'm sure it depends on the talk time. But i have left mine off for a couple days at least, and never ran it dry.
