Sorry for the double post. I'm very excited about this upgrade from 30 Mbit.

Uploads to a seedbox in France and a cable customer in Norway. I'm having no issues with bittorrent yielding to web browsing and light video streaming if I keep the connection count reasonable. I only use TCP and download from at most 8-12 peers at once. Right now there is another user watching some web video in another room and she's not complaining. It's 2 PM local time.

I did this test over Ethernet on Verizon's 25/25 plan. My Task Manager reported a consistent upload rate of about 28 Mbps, but my TMN result is about 9 Mbps lower. What's going on?

It could have started slow... resulting in an overall slower speed.

If there's a large lag as the test start, or any time during... it can dramatically affect the results. You may have reached 28 Mbps but you had to wait longer than someone who's able to POP up to 28 Mbps instantly. That's reflected in your end result.

That would make sense, but I performed another upload test and I saturated my uplink almost immediately. The connection seemed pretty stable, too.
