maddoghunter Posted September 15, 2006 CID Share Posted September 15, 2006 hi guys had a problem with my pc a few weeks back,i was knocking about with registry,well i ran into a bit of trouble,removing duplicate files so i had to reinstall my pc, but when i put the disks for to reinstall my pc it said error!!! cant run ghost or something,well i tried for hours and hours cleaning them kept installing them in pc just when they were about 75% done the same old error kept coming up cant read ghost,eventually i found a way to getting them to run,which I'm gonna share with yous now!! :oops:i licked the disks with my saliva dried them of a bit and hey presto they install.i take no blame for anyone doing this, and maybee breaking your disk drive,but it works for me,ive done it many times now in the past few weeks and they run every time. :D :D Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I dont think I have ever stuck a licked one in my PC though. i always lick them to clean them... it may be because i'm lazy, but it works! have eather of you tried a bar of soap? it works the best for me.
