I grew up hearing "goat roper" as a derogatory term or insult used to call a cowboy/cowgirl whether a Rexall or the guinine article.It's not quite as much of an insult to a cowgirl because it is a rodeo event for them.I think it first was to say "you don't have the skill to rope a steer but maybe you can rope a goat" . When I was younger (still in JR.High) I was called "hippie" because of my "long Hair" At that time the school made you have it cut above the collar of a dress shirt.& tapered in the back no block cuts.So My hair was hardly hippie legnth.But a group of "goat ropers" followed me on the way home from school & threatened to cut my hair with their pocket knives.4 of them to 1 of me.Real brave I drew my pocket knife & said if the tried I would cut more than hair.They decided not to try.I was a tuff little hippie wasn't I.Probably would have got killed trying to stop 4.& yes most boys carried pocket knives to school then. I think of myself as more of a "long haired country boy" but these days I actually keep it fairley short.

Basicaly acess the tech level of the person asking the question.Then make your answer at that level so it will be understood. We shouldn't control what other countries do.But this is not just a USA thing with N.Koresa it is a UN thing.They also threatened the USA with their nuke.As far as I'm concerned this was a declaration of war by N.Korea on the USA so any response by the USA is justified. 10.The difference is the USA doesn't intend to use our nukes.As explained above. 11.The country was based on immigrants but these came to settle & make this country theirs.Make a new culture.They didn't miss the countries that were so bad they left.Taking a chance of making it or dieing.No welfare to bail them out.If they couldn't work they starved to death.I don't see that attitude with the immigrants of today even the legal ones.They want to bring their culture from a country so bad they left.I still can't figure that out.Many want to make enough money here to return to the country they are really loyal to.They just come to America to take advantage of the USA.& want Americans to accept their customs.While they're here. 12.The immigrants of the past made it strong with lives .blood & sweat because America was now their country to which they were loyal.This is over all not true of the immigrants today. All people are really one race the human race .All have the same number of chromosomes except for a few anomilies that are usually considered defects. Africans can definatly be different especially the South Africans with all German Dutch ancestors there on the lighter complected side.For Africans of much darker skin then they are quite a bit different then American "black" people because so mant other races mixed with the "black" people here.From Southern slave owners including Thomas Jefferson to Native Americans some of whom owned 'Black" slaves. Eskimos are closer to their Asian-Russian ancestors than Native Americans further south.The theory is ther was some indiginous people in America they mixed with.Some call these Anasazi I think that's the correct spelling but I'm not sure. All are effected by the gene pool there from.But in the end we can only produce offspring when we breed with other humans.There has never even been a infertile hybrid.Of human & animal.Not even the Chimpanzee.

I would be against the citizens of these having to learn or speak English or American.I am not aware of how the United States government or the citizens of the USA.Try this conversion.We don't make their laws they do so the blame is on them. I'm not an expert in the HD changing but you may need a different setting in the BIOS if you changed the type HD. You might need to use the jumper & reset the CMOS too if the BIOS doesn't need anything.In the BIOS you probably want the CD first in the primary start up until you get Windows loaded.Might also have to see if theres a flash Bios update for the P.B.

I going to start again that I'm not being racist or prejudice.I will go as far to be politically correct as to call these Americans : Americans of Mexican decent but not all the time.It's time for them to be American or return to "their" culture in Mexico where their loyalties are. alan8187 ;I guess you are able to get to DOS.If not you need to get a Windows 98 start up or boot floppy or CD. Then when you you get the A:> prompt type fdisk then delete everything so there are no partitions.Unless you want to keep some of the partitions because the have other versions of windows or something you need.What ever you delete with fdisk will be gone I think you have to start with deleting the logical drives then the extended drives then the primary drives. then reboot This will leave you with NO OS on the HD.It should have only the BIOS of your computer. If this is what it shows the try to install XP again.
