my guess if its new you probably have vista...if so then yeah, another gig....vista is a resource hog.... now if you have xp...forget about upgrading..not that much of an increase if all ur doing is internet/photos.

i ran it at 1680x1050 and still got around 200 frames.....with everything up at max. i dont have it installed anymore since i formatted. but if i ever reinstall it i'll post up a screen.

you are right, nortons has programs to "uninstall" but most of the time they still leave some files....

OH, so basically you are sure you HAVE the files, you just cant find them in the program? right?

own/installed norton 2003...basically slowed my dell down so much i uninstalled it...well kind of....basically to uninstall it all i just had to format, because even with an uninstall there are files left over in places. worst way to spend money for a computer, unless its on someones computer whom you dont like....

isnt that what chapters are for? my dvd recorder (i kno its not an actual DVR) has the option to record into certain file sizes then it creates a new file
