ok speaking of not linking to personal sites and stuff, i have a link to my xanga page in my sig, and i was just wondering if im allowed to have it there or not, but if not, i'll remove it o ya...shanee...doesnt ur internet get slow since ur using it as a server?...ur kinda just...giving out free bandwidth in a way about that comment...sadly, i must disagree (testmy.net , narutofan.com , suprnova.org , and google.com all tie for 1st place in my book lol)

um...ur speed test tells me my download is slower than my upload (it says both of them around 260d and 280u)...why do i seem to not belive it? maybe because...CA3LE's site tells me im getting 3000kbps

are you sure its an internet explorer thing, and not some addon you may have installed (maybe some security software or something?)

try doing tools>internet options>advanced tab and look for something thats saying display active x popup and uncheck it or, next time it pops up, look for a little thing that says 'dont remind me' or something like that; i think IE has a couple of things like that that pop up sometimes

that would suck if ur browser was fingerprinted...then if u downloaded a song they could come after u in an instant not saying i dl music... u have no proof!!!

i have linksys befw11sr wireless b broadband router and it works quite well one thing i didnt like was that the wireless was really slow at first, but then i went into one of the options and changed something called "1-2Mbps" to "1-2-5.5-11Mbps" and now the wireless connection runs just as fast as the computers wired to the router the only prob with linksys i've had is that it sometimes does something weird and doesnt get my RR ip and dns servers, so i have to reset it and 'install' it again with the cd that came with it

faster than me sigh...i wish there was more than just RR down in [austin,] texas

i clicked on swat, and then canceled it after a minute cause it said 6hours till it finishes and then i just look at a bunch of the pictures(wallpapers, the bear commercial thingy...and other stuff)

is there an actual page to the site, not just a directory listing?

i just did the stuff on your guide VanBuren, and now when i test at testmy.net, i noticed everything seems a little slower is it just testmy.net being slow cause of load or something, or did the tweak make me slower?...and if it did...how do i get rid of it?

wouldnt that make it slower...cause it would have to break it down into multiple threads...process it...and then put it back together just a thought...
