I think some people are confused as to what is "general" and what is "off-topic". I can see how some people think they both mean the same thing.

I just noticed today when I checked my mail, there are now (non-intrusive) headlines now displayed on the front page. See pic. It doesn't really look to bad.

I couldn't have said it better. People can see this topic from the home page. I may have decide not to join if I saw a topic like this as the first one I saw.

Check the size (MB) your memory card has and compare that to the size in the manual. Also make sure you have the correct resolution checked. Some cameras have 3 different settings.

Maybe he's talking about some kind of built in account. My computer for example has some accounts named NT AUTHORITYSYSTEM and BUILTINAdministrators.

I don't know much about VOIP, but from what I've heard it can take something like 750Kb of your download speed.
