  3. Please be reminded that this is an all english forum. Anyways, welcome to TMN @ redzzz23. It is anticipated that someone will answer your query.
  4. in behalf of those who wanted to speed up their connection "beyond their wildest imagination", may i request that your cablenut css be posted so we can try it too?
  5. there could be other factors of your slow connection. would you mind posting your operating system and installed programs?
  6. if your talking about the tcpip patcher. yes it will work. it will patch your tcpip.sys file independently from hardwares and softwares but your computer.
  7. based on my own experience, the answer would be yes. http://www.lvllord.de/?lang=en&url=downloads#4226patch recommended value would be anything between 50-100
  8. thank you very much for the clarification. now smartbro has a lot of explaining to do why they are giving that speed of 1000+ Kbps to others for the same price as the more or less 384 Kbps of those who have been suffering.
  9. oh how we wish it is happening. there are just those who obtained better results and yet all they do is just post scores without justification.
  10. you have nice speed already. do not get envy of those speeds above 1000, there could be 2 possibilities - they are just lucky or they knew some very effective ways to get those speed results. in this connection, may we encourage those who have the best speeds like joserizal and khalil1974 to share some tips on how they've come up with those scores? a lot of smartbro subscribers, which include me btw, would like to have their speed same as yours. a post of those tips would be very appreciated. thank you - in anticipation to your positive response.
  11. so you will have a full understanding: Centos = http://www.centos.org/ VMware = http://www.vmware.com/
  12. he's got the best speed, yet it's not always 7th heaven for him, take a look. consistency is not in smartbro's dictionary.
  13. Smartbro offers 384 kbps only. and you have a speed quite unimaginable. if that is not because you have a faulty or tricky way of speed testing, is your OS the reason?
  14. @Amir^^ he was referring to the post of joserizal not yours. try these for tweaking http://www.testmy.net/t-18616 http://www.testmy.net/t-21175
  15. i think its done remotely by smartbro operators. befriend a operator (use your hidden power).
  16. i believe that what you saw was not the IP address of your network connection - the one seen in your Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) configuration - but the IP address assigned to you by smartbro.
  17. hello there Amir^^. we're glad that you joined.
  18. nah, then why am I having slow speed now? base station problems are out of our control.
  19. their server load must be heavy huh? with all the videos. hmmm... do i know that website? :undecided:
  20. that is why i like it here at tmn. we share light moments, don't you think so?
  21. sometimes the culprit is the lan card driver or the lan card itself. things worn out we know that. so better yet, check first those little things which cause big problems.
  22. hello there ekis_pinoy. welcome to tmn. We apologize for the inconvenience. The old tweak guide "20 Steps to Make Smartbro Faster" has been derailed so it was locked and now modified. May we direct you to the new "20 Steps to Faster SmartBro"? Here is the link: http://www.testmy.net/t-21175 Good luck.
  23. why is smartbro selective of who's who to receive a gift? :2funny:
  24. When all options have been laid down and you still disconnect consistently, you should call CSR or email SmartBro and request for a field visit. I have heard from my own neighbors that they have this same problem. A reliable insider revealed that Smartbro is implementing new canopy configuration in base stations, of course, this is still subject for verification. This, however, is in preparation for the 512 kbps upgrade, the insider said. I hope it is true.
