you said it! smart can access our canopys remotely. we are all connected to somewhat a central router. my research needs verification, our signals are being received and transmitted by a router branded "Denmark" (oh please correct me if i'm wrong).

33kbps - a speed worthy of a complaint. in my case, i got 67 kbps a couple of days ago but that was when my base station got bombed i mean down then went off for hours.

try to press "1" for new applications, not "4" for technical concerns. they will answer you in 10-20 secs.
