no. they don't work for me coz i don't use them. a friend of mine who owns a net shop informed me of some issues she met with both so i didn't use them myself. of course it doesn't mean it'll not work for others...

its not advisable. i've done it and it only hurt my connection. the slowdown is unnoticeable.
