have u tried unistalling it and installing it back again or you dont want to do this ?

Sounds like you losing the signal or something is there anything new between you (your antenna) and the main tower ? do you think it has to do with the weather ? have you change any settings in your antenna ?

I guess most people dont know what it is shug why dont u post a link in ur 1st topic to where we can download it or look at a screen shot hey ?

Another rule of thumb i use is to test accurately my speed test it cant be over and done with in just 2 or 3 seconds an accurate test needs to run for 10sec or preferably more

never heard of this css files use the one that brings a better balance between download and upload with regards to your tracert there is nothing you can do about it, complain to your isp say you have packet drops constantly and instead of a tracert ip do a pathping ip this will show you better packets being dropped and where if you have a 6Mb download connection u will never get a 16mb download speed u might be able to increase by 10% or so but not by that much does comcast have the power boost if it does you could experience faster speeds due to that
