That's very true. Reliability and consistency in an internet service goes a long way. That is definitely a huge factor for me anyway.

Have you checked for spyware? get Lavasoft Adaware: http://www.lavasoft.de/ms/index.htm get Spybot S&D: http://www.safer-networking.org/microsoft.en.html both are free downloads, install and run both, let us know if they find anything.

I agree with cholla about the resolution in the computer associates link: it is a little bit more high risk, getting into your registry and such. Try the scan in safe mode first with AVG and your spyware remover, try the link resolution last. Good luck!
