WebUser Posted December 28, 2005 CID Share Posted December 28, 2005 Maxthon is a skin for IE that adds a few frills, but it is still IE. It used to be known as IE2 until about a year ago.
Blunted 2 Posted December 28, 2005 CID Share Posted December 28, 2005 firefox is owning it up and now that the other thread points out a exploit in win sp2 ie might be easier to get the viruses so firefox will win.

speedie Posted December 28, 2005 CID Share Posted December 28, 2005 Hello, IE6 for me. I only ever tried Firefox for any length of time. It became such a mess I was glad to get back in Mr. Gates's good books. The other was Avant which maybe is not a true browser in itself. I voted for Internet Explorer. euskir Posted December 28, 2005 CID Share Posted December 28, 2005 For Mac users IE was never a good choice, specially after Netscape came to the scene (I'm talking about ancient history). And now, since december 31, no more support or developmet for IE for Mac, something expected, IE is the same version for Mac since a couple of years ago.
