Are you clear from trees? Are you grounded properly? Post a speed test using the 2992 file test.

Well the 6000's don't do bad on the D/L. But if you are not having trouble. I guess it don't much matter. I have been fairly happy with mine. Other than it is satelite.

I would not worry about it. There are no dumb questions on here, that is what we do. Some are better than others. I don't think anyone here was born with a keyboard in their hands. 6 months ago I did not even know how to even do anything with a c.d. besides plug and play. Record Hows that? Really, and I thought Noton was a good anti-virus. There is so much to learn on here. And the more you interact and help others, the more it becomes normal. I actually started learning by greeting folks, and asking them to have patience while someone came along. Really, I did not know much at all. Well enough about me. Welcome to the forum lost329 From what I have heard on DSL is that you are over cap on your D/L, so probably not. Sometimes when you try to go faster and you are already at the top, it will slow things back down. So I would say stay happy.
