The US government is so lame on security sometimes!

Yeah, won't be long now. 29971 Probably before the sun rises on the east coast. What time would that be?

Welcome to the forum whiteonwhiteg4 Nice speeds.

Would you have any links I could look up, as to the prosecution of the puerto rican independence leaders. that you are referring to?

If you want crazy, I keep on saying to do a roadside shop of a used window A/C and run it directly into the PC. Filtered, dehumidified, cool air! Cheap, except the duct work. And no leaky water pipes.

Much the way my imigrant forefathers had to deal with. I am of irish decent. We were not necesarily liked that well either. http://www.kinsella.org/history/histira.htm http://www2.ops.org/NORTH/curriculum/socstudies/EthnicB2/past/Irish.htm The living conditions, in which these newcomers landed, were dismal at best. Though the Irish were well accustomed to living in harsh circumstances, the slums of New York were so revolting that according to one account, a young policeman compared a neighborhood in lower Manhattan to hell. His partner replied, "Hell's a mild climate. This is Hell's Kitchen," and the name stuck. http://www.ailf.org/ipc/policy_reports_2001_Irish2.asp Anyway, is it any worse now? Or maybe a little better?

AVG is great also. It is like a preference only. They are not usually far away on any charts I have seen.

Welcome to the forum dabolikk. First off it is illegal immigration. And there is no fear, we just wish they would join by the rules. Definitions of Xenophobia fear or dislike of strangers or the unknown, often used to describe nationalistic political beliefs and movements www.blifaloo.com/info/phobias.php So you have read the thread about PR ? http://www.testmy.net/forum/index.php?topic=13773.0 What is your national language anyway? Where are you not welcome? I hope not here!

Actually leaving the side open would leave you open to things falling in it. And also stop the airflow where it was designed to go in the first place. You could also put a filter on top of the pc to stop dust from entering. Or could you put a whole in the side for a fan mounting. With the fan on the outside? Have you called sony to see if they have an upgrade fan for it?

I am a newbie and I have a couple of questions
tommie gorman replied to WJPVLC's topic in Make it Faster...
Yes TCP Optimizer or cable-nut. But what I think they are trying to say, is if you try some people actually end up going slower, and have to revert back to their old settings. No one is saying that you can not try, but remember to do a back up file of your old settings. So you can easily go back. That is why they keep asking for your advertised speeds. Do you know what they are? -
Sales Tax in PR, What will be the impact
tommie gorman replied to rammolo's topic in General Discussion
Sounds like they are looking for a .4% tax increase to the individual, out of pocket. A sales tax is a tax on consumption. It is normally a certain percentage that is added onto the price of a good or service that is purchased. But on excise tax I found too many variables. Not sure what it is exactly. Maybe they are trying to find a way to get politically richer. It sounds like they need to cut the political budget. Cut down on some political jobs. And the pay scales for those jobs. I would start at the top. (like that would happen) I can only give an opinion, I would say no unless they can put it in black and white. What the difference would be, and where the money would go. Sounds like normal shifty gov't. -
But then I would not be able to use it for a shelf anymore!

That would be my next guess. Like j-vall said, did you try updating your video card drivers?

Rock On !!

Thats the answer. The American Indians came over centuries before the white man(so to speak). And we came along and decided to start colonizing it. We bought, fought, stole, and traded for it. And so forth. And then we bought and brought over black slaves. And then they got their freedom. And now the Mexicans. And so on.

Best Beginners Guide to Windows
tommie gorman replied to asubaseball727's topic in General Discussion
I cut my teeth on that one, so to speak. I used the online 30 days back then. It is 14 days now. But you need free time to do it. I being self employed used it quite a bit. Like 8 hours a day. In fact I want to order the Microsoft Works C.D. I found it usefull. And it has some things I need to do things for the kids. I think it does cost though. But much cheaper than buying the C.D.s you may not want to have collecting dust. And make sure and cancel after your 14 days. They can be tricky. But at least she can decide if they are some that she would find useful later on. https://www.videoprofessor.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=shoppingcart.landingPage&campaignName=vpOnline&forceHTTP=true -
Once they start rolling in the money, and start a fan club. They tend to think they are gods. Look at Hank Williams Jr. Just sad they forget who pays their bills. He should have met him in the alley afterwards.

Maybe updates for your video card?

OK so make me work a little more dlewis23. Just kidding. I actually find it interesting. War of 1812 The War of 1812 is one of the forgotten wars of the United States. The war lasted for over two years, and while it ended much like it started; in stalemate; it was in fact a war that once and for all confirmed American Independence. The offensive actions of the United States failed in every attempt to capture Canada. On the other hand, the British army was successfully stopped when it attempted to capture Baltimore and New Orleans. There were a number of American naval victories in which American vessels proved themselves superior to similarly sized British vessels. These victories coming after victories in the Quasi War (an even more forgotten war) launched American naval traditions. http://www.historycentral.com/1812/ So we wanted Canada, huh? Maybe I slept through class that day. So I guess we beat the Brit's twice, over the same thing. Wee Hee. Sorry Roco, it is all meant in fun.

Here is a little bit more. The war was the culmination of the American Revolution, a colonial struggle against political and economic policies of the British Empire. The war eventually widened far beyond British North America; many Native Americans also fought on both sides of the conflict. Throughout the war, the British were able to use their naval superiority to capture and occupy coastal cities, but control of the countryside (where most of the population lived) largely eluded them. After an American victory at Saratoga in 1777, France, Spain, and the Netherlands entered the war against Great Britain. French involvement proved decisive, with a naval victory in the Chesapeake leading to the surrender of a British army at Yorktown in 1781. The Treaty of Paris in 1783 recognized the independence of the United States. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Revolutionary_War'>http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Revolutionary_War Or here. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Revolution http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patriot_%28American_Revolution%29 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boston_Massacre I just found out that the US went through 2 civil wars. I guess we had a civil war just to decide if we were going to even have a Revolutionary War. "Colonists were divided over which side to support in the war; in some areas, the struggle was a civil war. The Revolutionaries (also known as "Americans" or "Patriots") had the active support of about 40 to 45 percent of the colonial population. About 15 to 20 percent of the population supported the British Crown during the war, and were known as Loyalists (or Tories). Loyalists fielded perhaps 50,000 men during the war years in support of the British Empire. After the war, some 70,000 Loyalists departed the United States, most going to Canada, Great Britain, or to British colonies in the Caribbean" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Revolutionary_War'>http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Revolutionary_War I guess is where it started turning. "Seeking to coordinate military efforts, the Continental Congress established (on paper) a regular army

OK, not to sound mean or contradictory. But we were not invaded. It was a revolutionary war. I guess the US is the only one that comes up as a definition. The War of Independence, 1775-1783, fought by the American colonies against Great Britain. usinfo.state.gov/products/pubs/oal/gloss.htm The American Revolutionary War (1775

It is going on right now. About the war in Iraq, most people have no real idea what is going on. The media lies, and that is what most Americans believe. And tell and teach their kids. They make us out to be bullies, and the people their do not really feel that way. I could go on, but the MEDIA LIES. Plain and simple! Some of the truths are in the patriotism thread, we are much nicer than the Media would have is believe. If you want the truth, ask a soldier that has been there. I know a few.
