I see your speeds posted....nice however you are not using a DW6000? I'm sure Dway is working on a fix as we speak to eliminate the higher speeds of the 4000. I'm sure that will cause a stir in the love affair?

Dway is my best option at this time, however I am far from loving it! The system is far more capable than it operates. When the speed test are great at 3am, however are near dialup at 8pm that reveals the problem to me is not settings on my computer! Sorry, slow speeds and latency just isn't an attraction for me.

I recall (MtnFolk) upgrading to the DW6000.....outraged for days because of the speed decrease, poor performance etc...(not a happy camper) He then got switched back to the DW4000. Obviously the 6000 was so bad he could not bear to keep it, yet PMs me telling me how happy he has always been with Dway!

Now for those of us who complain about Dway, that is right on target perfect..bunker buster! I would give it a ten. Im surprised those that never have a problem with Dway would like it...... may vioalate their rights

I'm so surprised Dway is even bothering with a DW7000.....the DW6000 is always so fast & smooth already!

Easy now there are rights activist who do not want to hear of bad or negative comments about Dway.....they would rather you post false comments.

I guess its OK to post lies and false statements, thats all cool... just don't tell the truth about nothing it might upset a rights activist! Some may not like to read the complaints, myself don't want to read the lies and contradictions. I received a personal message from a member last evening about how he never had a problem with dway. A few months ago he switched from a 4000 to a 6000 then went all negative for a couple days until he got switched back to the 4000. (those that follow the dway forum would know exactly who he is without me posting the name) I call this hypocritical!

What surprises me is all the people who complain about the direcway service in all aspects have nothing to say about a newbie rolling in here posting crap like that. Direcway does not give half off either, why because they do not even guarantee you a connection. Its all in the fine print of the contract. Unreal!

Can anybody post about getting credit for non working/slow DirecWay service? Has anybody ever received a credit, refund of any kind?

Always Blistering Hot speeds.....Broadband out if this world!! I guess if you do not know any better scores that are little off: Speed: 770(down)/213(up) kbps ** (At least 23 times faster than a 33 kbps modem) Finish. If I were 213up it would not take several mins to send a simple jpg. (500k) photo. now would it?

I'm just telling you how it is if your connection is always above 124up and always above 1000 down with a DW6000 on a home account lets see the post from (testmy site) otherwise I call it B.S. and false !! If you want accurate results here at testmy is where to find them. I have yet to see uploads always above 124 with DirecWay.....seeing the average for the host is around 45up. Obviously there are faster accounts so if your getting 225 up you should be getting much better than 700 down? Home account always above 124up....I would like to see post of test results of that from testmy using the med size file at different times of the day using DW6000/home account. Thanks!
