Be sure that if you are looking up a verb or something you conjugate it right, or if its an adjective make sure it agrees with the subject. As long as you don't care about the noise it seems fine. Generally the motherboard controls the fan speeds based on the temps of the cpu, gpu, ambient etc... 15 degrees cooler is good too.

Relative to the street you live on where is your house? Middle? End? If your in about the middle you could get two directional antennas one pointing down one direction of the street and one the other. You also might be able to cover it with a high powered omni-directional antenna. These antennas will work much better if mounted outside as they will have less interference with the signal.
