If your motherboard says it supports dual channel ddr then it will usually just recognize it, which brings me to my next point, when you are try to up the fsb as high as you can with your cpu be sure to loosen the memory timings so you can be sure they aren't the limiting factor. Once you have found the best fsb and multiplier for your cpu then you can see if your ram can run that fast if not you might need a divider, but by the looks of it you picked some good ram so that shouldn't be a problem. Edit: You might not even need to put a divider on any type of ram you use because if your only looking to hit 200, thats not much, a lot of cpus nowadays run at that by default. I thought you were looking to get the fsb up to like 300 like I am going to have to get close to for the max overclock of my opteron.

Yep they are identical, so make sure you buy a sata replacement drive. You might want to look into sata 3, its theoretically twice as fast and even if your current motherboard doesn't suppport it you can buy it anyway and it will run at sata 150(the kind you have) speeds, so its a good move for the future.

Try upping the fsb first at default multi to find the max. Then try other multipliers to see if you can get a higher clock speed, basically play around with different fsb multi combinations until you find the sweet spot.

You are getting over your cap on both upload and download, thats very good. Usually you should be satisfied if you can get 90% or your advertised speed, but you're getting higher than advertised on both so I would probably just leave it alone if it stays like that.

Eveything looks good there except for number 6, 370 is bad. You might want to contact your provider and see if they are having any issues, maybe they will send somebody out. Besides that one bad hop how close are you getting to 512/512?

The 10 and 100 are just your lan connection, not how fast your actual internet is and because your connection is 512 if it is 10 or 100 it doesn't matter. How do the speeds compare connected directly vs router?
