  12. Most likely messing around with 10 or 100 full of half duplex wont do much for you speeds unless you download is more than 10. What you want to do is get cable nut and get the appropriate css file for you connection.
  13. If possible try to enable jumbo frames, this will make transfers from computer to computer on your network faster if your switch/router supports it.

  19. If that is too much power you can look on ebay and probably find a computer that would do the job for less than 100.

  21. Yea if you have a spare power cable then you can hook up a fan to it.
  22. Its not a good idea to rely on the power supply to suck hot air out of your computer because its job is just to cool itself.

  25. Yes you could put a case fan there from the looks of it. Installation will consist of taking it out of the box and tightening 4 screws. I would have it sucking the air out, generally people have a fan sucking air in at the front and then it moves towards the back of the case while heating up and is removed by the back fan creating a wind tunnel. I think that spot would fit a 80mm fan which you could get at compusa or order online at some place like newegg.com.
