Yeah it's a clumsy option tho, and I dislike hotmail intensely , I am sure the Notifications are being sent to my email address , as I have proved that with my Radsl email and again into Hotmail , I guess I will have to convince my ISP it's their mail server problem , BTW, it has worked faultlesly for the past 2 years untill a month back ,

The bounce back will have a message on it explaining the problem please could you get this off the sender (sender sends it to a different email address) and send it to us so we can see what the error is.. I think for once the bios may be right ,I guess to have SMART enabled on that drive ?, first thing to check is the connections to that drive maybe (D ) ? and have you changed the jumper settings ? on that drive or added a cd/dvd on that channel , I call mine slave , and © master, the politicaly corect folk will blow a fuse at that I guess , if all is OK , can you run error checking on the second drive , personaly I would try and save files from the secondary drive , to your primary drive or to DVD if you can , as it don't look good on that drive , BTW follow mudmanc post

BT the UK nation phoney company, it has been their standard rule for some years , they only provide voice line ,, any broadband is sold with the UP to 8MB , and no action if you get over 400Kbps , I now get 4 on my Tiscali 8Mb plan , the main problem is the last mile phone line, even on a llu exchange ,a while back b4 being on Tiscali LLU , I was getting 1.8 Mbps , the UK average for 8Mb ADSL is still only 3.5Mbps , UK ADSL probs.=line length , quality , SRN X Attenuation , contension ratio ( normal 50-1) and BT

Most 33,000 volt step down power transmision transformers are insulated and cooled by oil ,it is a better insuulator than air , not sure on cooking the fries but a local transformer got an oil leak , apart from the loss of mains power the bang could be heard 3 miles away, but an interesting cooling thought for computers, I will try mine in a water barrel , and will post back the result , if I ain't back you will know I had a problem ,
