what kind of problems are you having with booting? for a while I had both vista and xp installed with no problems...

yes.. up until recently i still had one around somewhere and no.. i went from msdos 6.22 to windows 95... no gui for dos.. lol

Looking back, I'm not sure how i got it either.. lol My guess is I read this "You can fix either vista or xp. Not both at the same time." as boot, not fix...

I haven't had any problems with vista being slow.. and i have 2 virtual machines running at the same time...

you do realise dual-booting doesn't mean running two operating systems simultaneously, correct? to do that you need something like VMWare or MS Virtual PC...

that's because of how the pictures are displayed... the last one is shrunk by the forum and views are only counted when someone clicks on it.. the first 2 are counted when someone looks at the page

I have vista x64 on my main computer.. some form of linux on all the others. Although I have 3 virtual machines on this computer.. win98se, xp pro, and ubuntu x64...

search for the file name on your computer and delete it...

not really... depends on what you're doing. and it wouldn't be practical to install vista on a flash drive.. it would only work on your computer. maybe if you were trying to build a silent system, but otherwise...

You can set them to always be hidden... you'll see them if you click the arrow, but otherwise not. Or do you want them even more hidden than that?

Does anyone know of a good video converting program (Vista x64 compatible)? I need to convert avi files to mov and/or mpeg I am willing to pay for a program, I'm getting sick of trying out free stuff and I haven't been able to find a decent program thus far.

Is the floppy drive bad?

Maybe clear things up a bit.. on most cars, the front window is laminated glass (perhaps aka safety glass), and the sides and back are tempered glass. There may be some cars with laminated glass in the back window, but it's certainly not common.
