plug your modem directly into your computer and go into the control panel of it, on one of the pages in it, (most likey a page called stats or statistics) it will say a rate that you are connected at. have you called your ISP about this?

what kind of modem do you have because it will tell you what speed your are actually connected at. and if its connected at your advertised then its something with your computer or router.

thats never happened to me eather, but i would try and delete that swflash[1].cab.

its just to protect from someone sitting at your computer. It wont stop anyone from getting your passwords that is actually trying.

just click the option that says "Show rest of markers" in the lower right hand corner of the map.

rerun the network configuration wizard.
