thats what im doing now, but every time the computer starts a message comes up saying "sli multiply GPU rendering has been disabled" so eather way i have to right click it and exit the damn thing. i think im just gonna roll back the drivers to when it didnt do this.
dont worry about what kinda ends, the cable is more important. just go to like a home depot and get a coax crimping kit, its like 15 bucks. its very easy to put the ends on.
that doesnt work.
im pertty sure i am doing it right ive always done it like this but it just keeps coming back. it wont allow me right click the info balloon.
everytime i turn off the stupid nvidia icon on the taskbar then restart, it comes back again. This just started happening when i updated to the newest drives a few weeks ago. Ive gone into msconfig and turned it off like ive always done before but it doesnt work this time, anyone got any ideas how to turn it off?
didnt have to, you do know the RIAA and MPAA are going after people who mention that they use these types of programs on places like this. and they are trying to get a law passed that will make it illegal for you to have any type of p2p app on your computer.
any program like limewire will trip a software firewall, because a software firewall looks for outgoing connections and thinks that it may be bad unless you specify otherwise. You have to tell it that you are the one doing it.
also testmy.net does not in anyway support any form of p2p sharing of files in anyway.
it would be nice to have that.
and thanks for being honest about it and not saying that "this is my real speed" i cant tell you how many people Ive seen post a fake score using google accelerator.
no its there, if your ISP doesn't have there own special control panel for it then get back in to the modem and go to Stats & Statistics then click DSL you should get a page that looks like the attached picture, i need the 2 numbers that i have circled.
in not trying to argue with you earthier I'm just saying what i know, and its your network you can protect it anyway you like,
I am so looking forward to what 802.11i will offer.
