no the xbox 360 can do 1080i it cant do 1080p

The reason 720p looks smoother to you is because its progressive, 1080i is interlaced, but 1080i will be faster then 720p because it takes half the time to generate 1 frame. getting differnet cables can make a difference if they are better cables, (ie. Thicker) But the microsoft ones are actually pertty good.

no its not 720p is 1280x720 1080i or 1080p is 1920x1080

yes games will look better in 1080i. it will only scale it back to 720p if the TV does not support 1080i.

you will just have to pm it to a mod and have them update it.

if it says the cable wont do 1080i but the microsoft one will then get the microsoft one.

I cant tell you were they have gone, cuz id like to know my self were they have went too. Maby there is come club or something we dont know about. The world is just a completely different place from even 20 years ago. People only care about them selves these days no one cares about anyone else anymore. Hell people don't even care about there kids anymore they let them do what ever they want and couldn't care what they do. People just need to go back slow things down and get some values and start caring especially about your kids.

thats a good way to put it... karthic the main reason is when they setup the standards for DSL and Cable they set it up for more download speed. So what they do is they take from the upload and give it to the download basically,

you dont have to get a linksys wireless card its not going to make anything better, ive never had a problem with dlink cards, like swimmer said PIC is generally better then USB, Ive had good luck with both in my experiences.

your correct the cap is actually software just no in the modem, its the software that controls the DSLAM
