I voted 10+, (and thats a streach) because of the price they will be charging, if they even get things up before the year ends, as well as the old lines, and servers they have in place. I don't see any real average speed increases going up significantly before 2011. Hell, it'll take that long before they upgrade everyone utilize the current 2.0.
