  1. @gmatv, Maybe run a few more tests here since this has been a few days, working with different test servers https://testmy.net/mirror Without more information it would be difficult to diagnose. Is there any reason not to segregate the networks? At least as a failover?
  2. For comparison, here is a different BackupPC server, running Debian, which has been reporting correctly: root@lime-bak:~# pydf Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on /dev/dm-0 1802G 123G 1596G 6.8 [##.................................] / /dev/sda1 235M 33M 190M 13.9 [#####..............................] /boot So it seems I've been elbow deep into the FreeBSD port, and will in time learn who the python script is getting their info from, and get it updated. Considering the following from the BSD box running df: root@bsd1:~ # df -h Filesystem Size Used Avail Capacity Mounted on zroot/ROOT/default 445G 284G 160G 64% / devfs 1.0K 1.0K 0B 100% /dev zroot/tmp 160G 120K 160G 0% /tmp zroot/usr/home 160G 144K 160G 0% /usr/home zroot/usr/ports 162G 1.1G 160G 1% /usr/ports zroot/usr/src 160G 88K 160G 0% /usr/src zroot/var/audit 160G 88K 160G 0% /var/audit zroot/var/crash 160G 88K 160G 0% /var/crash zroot/var/log 160G 480K 160G 0% /var/log zroot/var/mail 160G 128K 160G 0% /var/mail zroot/var/tmp 160G 96K 160G 0% /var/tmp zroot 160G 88K 160G 0% /zroot zroot/usr/vmtest 160G 88K 160G 0% /usr/vmtest
  3. Does this help?
  4. The question might be, what is the multiplier here, and where is it coming from, certainly not from the pydfrc file
  5. FreeBSD 11.1 pydf reporting interesting disk usage. Anyone see anything at all /maybe-not so much here? {almost a litmus test} as in "Alex, I'll take what I would like to see rather than what I should see" for 500 root@bsd1:~ # pydf Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on zroot/ROOT/default 111T 71T 40T 63.8 [####################............] / devfs 1024B 1024B 0 100.0 [################################] /dev zroot/tmp 40T 30M 40T 0.0 [................................] /tmp zroot/usr/home 40T 36M 40T 0.0 [................................] /usr/home zroot/usr/ports 40T 281G 40T 0.7 [................................] /usr/ports zroot/usr/src 40T 22M 40T 0.0 [................................] /usr/src zroot/var/audit 40T 22M 40T 0.0 [................................] /var/audit zroot/var/crash 40T 22M 40T 0.0 [................................] /var/crash zroot/var/log 40T 114M 40T 0.0 [................................] /var/log zroot/var/mail 40T 31M 40T 0.0 [................................] /var/mail zroot/var/tmp 40T 24M 40T 0.0 [................................] /var/tmp zroot 40T 22M 40T 0.0 [................................] /zroot
  6. Welcome to testmy.net forum @mudman59 , Looks as if the connections speeds are rather sporadic, chances are there are a lot of other customers in the area.
  7. @Clerot, Please post here in English, thank you Veuillez poster ici en anglais, merci
  8. Team #44352
  9. @CommanderRyalis, Post your signal / noise ratio from each channel
  10. @danielkuk Nice!
  11. Maybe run a few more tests here at testmy.net so we have more data to evaluate. Check testmy.net/mirror for various test locations.
  12. It is then of course possible they (the landlord) is looking at this a bit differently as well. Go easy.
  13. If I recall, there have been issues along these lines in the past. More than once.
  14. I would default to looking after an IPB metadata issue
  15. @Ian3005, Head over to testmy.net/mirror Which is the test server selector, hang out for a minute and each server will be tested for latency. Look at the end of each test server line. As well, in the header of testmy.net, over to the right: Excuse: Some of my results are not as good as they could be, due to tunneling ect.
  16. @CommanderRyalis, are you still paying for 300/ 30 ?
  17. My first thought would be add a bit more memory/ and a cpu or two more to the VM
  18. Yo @ninjageek, of course we remember you , how the hell have you been? Life changes us all, people move on and around. Glad you stopped in to say hey
  19. @Roger waldron, Welcome to testmy.net forum. I would assume considering you mentioned at night, the throughput drops significantly, that the DSL line gets a bit overloaded with everyone at home after work. Which stands to reason the issue mentioned is due to limited connectivity, caused by a local node being at capacity. Such as a garden hose nozzle limiting the flow.
  20. I can sign in without remember me ticked. fyi
  21. This is due to the link pointing to the users profile edit feature. Something only the user themselves or staff authenticated to do can accomplish. Been like that for some time, it's an IPB thing. afaik
  22. Great to hear from you MamaT

    RC4, error growing

First I predominantly use firefox and chrome and have never had an issue with testmy.net, I might check the plugins or addons used. Where firefox as well as chrome are attempting to 'protect' the end user from themselves by checking ssl certificates and webserver configurations. However will not notify users if there is no certificate. But will in cases of mixed content depending on local configuration and or certificate type. If a site is blocked by firefox or chrome, you can add an exception and import the certificate temporarily or permanently. Unless the server config uses strict mode and forwarding to :443 + the certificate has expired, or any number of other mis configurations. There could also be any number of other reasons for you seeing those errors.
  24. You @CA3LE are one of few that acknowledge user input as valuable. That is why I love you man, really it is. Thanks for everything you do!
  25. maybe, but you rock more ....aaaand ya know it
