If you're downloading something and run a speed test while the download is running, then the speedtest wont give you an accurate reading, so it's best to just do the speedtest while your not downloading anything.

maybe there's a hidden partition, i know some manufacturers put like recovery partitions that dont show up in My Computer. also...54gb? that sounds like the HD may be a 60gb harddrive.

an enclosure is basically a plastic case that allows you to make an internal harddrive usable as an external harddrive. for example, say you have a 300gb <b>internal</b> harddrive. you can buy an enclosure and put the <b>internal</b> harddrive into it, and it becomes an external harddrive for example, u can buy one of these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817146307 Combine it with one of these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16822152045 And end up with a 300GB external harddrive for under $150.00

i just downloaded this (havent watched it yet), but the file is called 911 Loose Change 2nd Edition with extra footage 2nd edition? what about 1st edition? do i need to watch 1st ed. first or is 2nd ed. just a better and newer version, but overall same content?
