VITrans is made by the Vista Transformation pack... it just didn't reset your drive icon when you uninstalled it

Maybe, maybe not. Something like HDD Themometer would be a good idea until you know about how warm the drives are running (MBM5 works as well)... I know when I added a hd to my 4700 the drive temps went rather high... (it wasn't great to start out with though) 130
