Id go ahead and check the nic card on the windows box. Wether it be a bad card or just bad/corrupted drivers/system settings. Wireless would be a completely different relm of the card.

Because the speed test servers are not as fast as testmy.net as far as downloads shown. I have yet to find a speedtest[.]nets server to take my connection..
