  1. it will if it is actually a windows xp disk, if it is just a image cd then no.
  2. is it windows XP, if so you need to do "fixboot" from the recovery console on a windows xp CD.

  7. how the hell did you manage that. to uninstall you going to have to wipe the parition and do the windows xp repair to remove the vista boot loader.
  8. you cant install it from the image using daemon tools you have to burn it off to a DVD
  9. we have been using netflix for about 2 months and its pertty good. Except that we have gotten burned copies before.

  18. i dont know of any cable company that doesnt change to rent there cable modem, why wouldt they its just another way to get money from you, usially 3-5 bucks a month. its better to have your own because that 3-5 bucks a month adds up real fast.
  19. what that means is if you check that do there own cable harness so you will have a real clean wire job, if not then it is just a regular peace togeather.
  20. it wasn't an event, it was a consistent thing, there was nothing in any of the logs that showed that anything was happing. but i figured it out. someone had pointed a domain to my DNS name servers and that domain was under attack so i just changed my dns and server IP address.
