welcome to the forum rberry88. not bad speed for when they are working on the lines. what do you get normally.

are you trying to connect to a administrator account or limited user account. and make sure there is a password on the account you are connecting to.

remote desktop is turned off on the remote computer you are connecting too.

did you turn on remote desktop.

as far as i know alexa has nothing to do with IE6SP1. and they only way you get what you got is by installing the alexa toolbar. You may have just done it by mistake along time ago.

cholla have you ever had the alexa tool bar installed?

paint.net is a pertty cool little program. this is much better then gimp its amazing what a bunch of collage kids can do.

the best program for this on windows will be adobe premiere, or premiere elements if you dont want to spend 800 bucks. http://www.adobe.com/products/premiereel/
