  1. I can relate to the nightmare of phpBB getting hacked i ran into the same issues when i use to run phpBB. Seems there is a new extreme exploit for it every week. I then started using (Invision Power Board) for awhile then was introduced to SMF which to date is the best forum. (IMO) I also had server logs of people trying, and doing exploits, but it's hard to do anything to them when they are using a hacked computer or behind a proxy chain of 10 or more proxies.
  2. You all are certainly intitled to your own opinion, but keep in mind when you reject the possiblity that it was our own government that did this without even giving it a second thought you become a slave to their thinking thus allowing them free run to do as they wish. It's good to question the POWERS that be they still are suppose to be working for us!!! Remember? I don't think they have been working for us for awhile either.
  3. As dumb as that sounds it's true your printer could be telling people who you are right now! http://www.eff.org/deeplinks/archives/003835.php
  4. What's also werid is people who speak out against such things like this vanish never to be seen again. Wonder where they go, and who made them vanish? I admire the bravery of the students who made this, and i wish them well. I'm sure they are always looking over their shoulder. It's amazing to me it really is.
  5. Yeah a plane that big hitting, and such things as no wreckage left, and the windows not even broken where the wings would have surely hit. That is if a plane of that size hit which it did not.
  6. Sure makes me furious, and i think there is enough there to make one second guess our (innocent) government. Plus if they are so innocent why don't they address these issues instead of avoiding them like the plauge.
  7. I'll just tunnel my connection through a server in Japan so i can harrass LOOOL.
  8. This is also intresting, and relating to the Loose Change Video. http://www.stopthelie.com/911_story_pulled.html download the fox news clip while you are there these clips seem to be put up, and as soon as they are mysteriously are taken down. HMMMMMMM
  9. If you know the methods the enemy is using to catch someone you avoid them, and their methods, and go around them. ISP's can use packet sniffing, and port specifc tools to bust you find the way around this. (Not Hard) RIAA uses many sneaky methods such as joining p2p networks, and sharing files just to bust you, and also but not limited to hacking people, and networks for information. Just hide who you are (Proxy's, Tunneling) on the internet encrypt your data ect. These are just a few simple ways to improve your chances there are more advanced ways also.
  10. This is a video about 911, and what might or might now be true. I promise watching this will if anything make you think twice about the US government. I'm not saying it's true, but i've never really trusted the government ever, and this makes you think twice. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-2023320890224991194&q=loose%20change If you got a spare hour watch it.
  11. You probably can get it a bit faster than 1.2mbps, but even at that (that's) not bad considering 1.5 is your advertised.
  12. I've always liked AMD so if dell starts selling AMD processors with dell computers again i welcome it for sure. I'm in the market for a new notebook sometime this year anyway. I think there is plenty of room at dell for both manufactures, but greedy people tend to ruin what's best for the customer.
  13. It looks like a pretty nice one to me, and for gaming you should be in good shape. As long as it does what you want, and you like it though that's all that matters. Happy Gaming!!!!
  14. The people who get caught got caught beacuse they are (DUMB) there are plenty of ways to download anything, and everything you want without fear of ever being caught. Most of the people getting busted are Computer Dummies, Newbs, or they just plain don't care.
  15. For over 5 grand they better have laced that damn thing with real gold, and diamond chips.
  16. I've been using WiFi for the last 4 years, and i use it for my desktops, and laptops. I would not ever go back to wired again. P.S IMO (D-LINK routers) provides the fastest wireless speeds.
  17. $4,500 is to much for any computer notebook or desktop you'd have to be freaking rich or an idiot to pay that much for any computer. The most i'll pay for a computer is $1,500 tops. $4,500? Damn just to be outdated in 6 months no thanks!
  18. Very nice car indeed, and i'm happy to say my MOM helped make it. She works at the Honda in northern OHIO as upper management. Honda made vehicles are in a class of their own for the most part. Quality for sure!!!!
  19. All these mega fast PC's are useless to me, and probably most the people who own them. Most people get them soley for bragging rights, but if you can afford to buy it for bragging rights i guess by all means. Although it is a very slick looking PC it's not very practical for me or most people.
  20. Some places make you use Windows Media Player. Nero is not an option in some cases.
  21. Better than my desk ehhh!! My desk is actually just 3 notebook shipping boxes from dell, but it works for now.
  22. Alot of places like walmart.com for example their music is .wma format, and you can burn it to disc only if you use Windows Media Player. They allow 10 burns off the .wma file i believe. Windows Media player will connect and validate the number of burns left then un-encrypt the file for burn then re-encrypt it. Alot of places are starting to do this. Good new is the Digital Rights Management (DRM) has been cracked, and the method is online to be found. You can also get programs that will play the file, and re-record it as it plays as a new un-encrypted file. TuneBite is one such program.
  23. If you have a weak stomach do not watch this. Many of you might have already seen this. http://www.ebaumsworld.com/videos/toothyank.html
  24. Truth is it could be about a million or more different things. Have you installed anything new? Sometimes a program can conflict with a system configuration, and cause the lovely blue screen. I hope you get it fix, but sometimes a total reinstall is the only thing that can fix these things i hope that's not true in your case, but as long as you backed up your computer on a regualr basis even if you have to reinstall things will be fine. If you didn't backup on a regular basis this might get you to start doing so.
  25. I have a method to grab a computers Mac Address, i'm not sure it get's more accurate than that short of the persons name, and address using the PC LOL. I'm not so sure i'm going to share this method though. If you look hard enough you can find it though on google.
