    Damn

    http://www.download3k.com/Security/Password-Managers/Download-Opera-Password-Recovery.html Give that a try..
  2. I am going to doubt it.. It may install but it will not run aero glass... For that you need to have a dedicated video card.. The only one that Intel claims will run Aero is the GMA x3000.. http://www.nordichardware.com/news,4323.html

    BSODs

I would install everything for your motherboard..
  4. http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1759,1902337,00.asp That is a free partition program.. http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/partitionexpert/index.html Supports windows 2003 server..
  5. Found this on digg.. Just confirms my suspicion about BB and the geek squad... I am kinda surprised that circuit city got it right.. but for the price that they charged they should have replaced the IDE cable... enjoy..
  6. Might do that but every client is going to need one to get back..

    BSODs

make sure you have all of the system drivers installed.. and that would include the chipset drivers... I have seen BSOD on my dell without the intel chipset driver installed if I forgot to turn off the wifi the system would crash because of the driver..
  8. They will catch it.. I am kinda surprised that the MAC address is cleared for their network... My guess is that once the network is audited it will be caught and either he will be billed or charged with stealing service..
  9. that looks pretty decent... Motorola isnt known for their networking products... but that doesnt mean that this is not a good product.. They are known for their phones and modems..
  10. wow.. that is a big change...
  11. very cool.. so does that take care of the speed issues and the proxy like performance ?
  12. That explains some of the difference.. you are trying to run a broadband test into the US.. I would recommend either going to a UK mirror or trying one of the Australian mirrors listed on this page. http://www.testmy.net/tools/mirrors.php I can only imaging how many packets are being lost.. BTW Welcome to the forum! There is a 20.5Mb test on one of the AU mirrors.. http://www.testmy.net/o-mirror-ShaneAu2
  13. what are you talking about?? 453 kbps (55 kB/s) that is nothing amazing.. Unless you are over 1.5mbps for upload there is nothing to really get all pissy about.. The ISPs keep the upload to a minimum for a reason.. So you dont run servers! The only people that I know of who get a decent upload are the Verizon FIOS people..
  14. haha nice use of the smilies.. tommie.. yes the correct port is 3389
  15. Well.. sounds like there is some good security built into it.. live scan during download that is pretty impressive.. Is there a way to turn it off? As far as caching results sounds like they may have implemented some type of proxy server, since it takes so long to download stuff due to the live scan, so they cache large files so when you request them again they are ready to go. How about overall system performance? Slower/Faster?

  17. call tech support I am sure that they will know what is going on..
  18. there are two ways i guess.. you could use an emulator of sorts.. http://www.codeweavers.com/products/cxmac/ or you could run the linux version from the valve development community...
  19. if one is "dead" then you can edit boot.ini and remove it from the boot manager.. however if they both are alive and usable then I would reformat to remove one of them. trying to remove one is going to be quite difficult..
  20. Not really... I dont know if you have ever heard of a website called youtube.com.. but they bought multiple 10GBE port onto the internet though level3 back in September.. Many people think this was the over sell that is causing problems.. Before that I remember Level3 crashing their network because of some disagreement over a contract.. which if I remember correctly hurt tmn for those using lvl3.. Good company summary.. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Level_3 How to fix this.. really cant.. they control the backbone and dont really care. All they care about is the money and making sure that their high end customers are on good connections.
  21. I would have thought that one of the security website would have had some type of listing on this type of stuff.. none the less it is a pretty good one.
  22. it opened fine for me in 2003 pro..
  23. I think a port needs to be forwarded.. It is port 3389 for Remote Assistance.. So you need to build a rule on your router to forward any traffic on port 3389 to the computer that you want to have this service.
  24. I have seen some PCMark2002 benchmarks that show the 2.4 at 5941 and the 3.0 at 7479.. I will keep looking for the content creation benchmarks.. Intel is known for it fast content creation times.. but no one seems to care anymore.. http://www.pcstats.com/articleview.cfm?articleid=1403&page=1 http://www.pcstats.com/articleview.cfm?articleid=1256&page=1
  25. If you could screen shot this interface where you are doing this configuration that would help.. I found the manual online but it really sucks..
