i guess their servers can't handle the global demand anymore. personally, i am using smartbro's DNS server addresses right now. they give better speeds than opendns.

@ jeng_jeng01 call *1888 from your smart celphone and ask if your base station is ok. may i ask if there is a barrier between your antenna and the base station? was your antenna realigned to bad direction because of strong wind? can you possibly post installed programs in your pc? @ rich_aled np. please come here if you have some more querries.

right now i am using the Obtain DNS Server Address Automatically. Smartbro now has 1 preferred dns server and 3 alternate servers.

The received Power Level is shown in dBm and should be maximized. What I meant was, pick the color code with the higher dBm value. in your sample, its -77 rather than -80.

hello @ aaxn23 first of all may i inform you that you can't change the jitter. what you can do is change the color code so that the Jitter will reduce, if you happen to open the canopy page, look for a color code that has less Jitter, hghest RSSI and lowest Power, and if possible less Usercount. you can try Username: ADMIN password: 12345. however, if the smartbro installer has put his own username and password you cannot do anything except using the override plug.
