smartbro has not change my ip since. once they assign it to you, there's less possibility that it will be changed because your internet IP is what is registered in their database for easy tracking/pinging.

my apology. my Hide IP Platinum is registered to one user only. however if you'd like to take the risk (tho i don't recommend it) go to www.torrentscan.com and search for the file there.

The temporary IP address is called a dynamic IP address." 3 months ago, i used to play around with my IP. the one i've been using is a software sent to me by a cousin from the US. it is licensed therefore she bought it from there. its called Hide IP Platinum. you will be logging-in from the Philippines but the websites will see that you're from australia or france. best for anonymous surfing.

stick with comodo, works well for me too. have you tried ccleaner, spyware terminator and avast ? try to replace ad-aware and spybot. you will see the difference. but not mandatory, just giving you some options.

that's right. because peak hours are the time for research for most students, youtube, friendster, yahoo search, email & chat, ran, rf, freestyle, bebo, google, etcetera. in other words, there's heavy internet traffic in smartbro APs with low bandwidth allocations which surely will hurt our speed.

@ elvin1234 if a speed of above 400 Kbps is achievable, you don't have to tweak. just keep it up by performing proper utility maintenance on your pc.

@ rich_aled hello and welcome to testmy.net you don't have to tweak, you got good connection speed already. can you possibly post all your installed softwares that are related to internet connection and internet security?
